Hello there! :) We are from Marine Parade Family Service Centre (MPFSC), a non-profit organisation serving the needs of the community within our service boundaries since 2000. Our services include Casework, Counselling, Groupwork and outreach.
We are currently in the process of launching our own FB and IG page as we did not have a social media presence previously. The purpose of our page is to serve as an alternative platform for outreach, increase awareness of our centre in the community, and act as a safe space for our audience to interact with each other. We will post mainly on IG and link the posts to our FB.
Our target group would range from youths to senior citizens.
We hope to find an artist who is able to come up with some standardised background templates for us to use for our Instagram posts and hope to be able to reuse these templates for our posts in the long run. We will put in the content of the posts on our own.
Expectations: We hope to colour-code our posts based on the content. Below are the types of content, respective colour codes we wish to pair with them with, and ideal number of pages we hope for each template.
Psychoeducation ('Pastel' Mustard Yellow) [4-page template]
MPlifying Stories (Pastel Pink) [2-page, with the heading 'MPlifying Stories' on first page, and 2nd page designed with title 'MPlifying Stories', space for words and small square photo w photo caption]
Social Issues (Pastel Dark Grey) [4-page]
Giveaways (Lavender Purple) [2-page]
The designs can be simple as our audience includes senior citizens, who would appreciate our content to be in larger font sizes.
The attached image (pastel orange quote post) is an example of one post that we would be uploading and we hope that the templates designed can be something similar (but not identical) to this.
We really require some assistance as we are social workers who are managing this page on top of our own casework and have busy schedules which may not warrant us enough time to maintain the visual appeal of our organisation's social media posts.
We hope to be able to get the templates done by 14-15 July if possible!
Thank you and have a great week! :)
