Background: A social enterprise with The Singapore Centre for Social Enterprise (raiSE), The Learners Collaborative School (TLCS) is a tuition centre that aims to provide equitable education for all students. Besides providing subsidised fees to children on financial aid for our tuition programmes, we also run free academic support programmes for financially needy students living in rental flats.
